**Contactless pick up available. Simply call when you arrive and we will set the order outside on our pickup table. Easy!
I want to pick up my order, but the system charged me for shipping.
No worries! If you haven't checked out already, let us know in the order comments. If you have already checked out, shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know you want to pick up and we will refund your $5.
Do you offer Shipping?
Yes! We offer $5 flat rate shipping to the lower 48 states.
Do you offer Local Delivery?
Yes! If your zip code is within our delivery zone, you will be given the option at checkout.
Delivery is once a week on Saturday after 2pm. Please have your orders in by 11am on Satuday morning. Order minimum is $25.
**If you think you are in our delivery zone (Alachua County), but for some reason you were not given the option at checkout email us, your zip code may need to be added!**
How are items from the bulk bar being fulfilled?
We are disinfecting and using donated jars to fulfill bulk orders. If you have any empty jars to donate please bring them by during our pick up hours.
Can I purchase new jars that you sell to get my bulk items?
Yes, you can add jars into your cart and make a note on the order comments that you want us to fill the new jars with your bulk order.
I saw something in the shop that I can't find in the webstore. Can I still purchase it?
Pease send an email to email@example.com and get it added ASAP.
Can I stop by the store to get some products?
No, all orders MUST be placed online before coming to the store. We cannot fulfill orders that aren’t submitted through the web store.
The product I want isn’t available- do you still have it in stock?
If you are unable to add an item into your cart then it is temporarily out of stock. Please check back in a few days to see if it’s been restocked.
